BASIC LAW ENFORCEMENT
Call us at 330-936-0093 or 330-704-9611 to schedule your enrollment appointment.
You will need to bring with you the following:
1. Your driver's license
2. Your full tuition payment (To receive the extra $100 discount)
3. Your down payment if you are using one of our payment plans.
4. Click on this Credit Application fill it out and bring it with you.
5. Optional You may click on Basic Peace Officer Registration Form
fill it out and bring it with you or we will have you complete one at the enrollment appointment .
6. If you have any criminal record, other than minor traffic, bring certified copies of the court journal entries.
7. We will provide you, at the time of your enrollment, with additional forms required by the State of Ohio to complete
your enrollment, including fingerprint forms and medical check up forms.
Refresher Officer Training
1. Click and print Refresher Registration Form (Click on the below "Registration Form") . Mail it with your tuition
fees or a signed department purchase order.
2. A copy of your determination letter from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission.
3. We will send you to determine the best possible days to have the training.
Up Date Training
1. Click and print Registration Form. Mail it with your full tuition as indicated on the fee schedule or a signed
department purchase order.
2. A copy of your determination letter from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission.
